چرا فلسفه برای مطالعات ترجمه مفید است؟
پژوهشی درباره فرض‌های نظری مطالعات ترجمه
چکیده
مطالعات ترجمه در حکم یک رشته پژوهش‌محور ناگزیر دارای فرض‌هایی است که مواضع هستی‌شناختی، معرفت‌شناختی، و روش‌شناختی آن را از حیث موضوع تحقیق تعیین می‌کنند، و بدین ترتیب باورهای اصلی این رشته را درباره ماهیت ترجمه و روش مطالعه آن شکل می‌دهند. این مقاله در پی آن است که این فرض‌های اساسی را در دو گفتمان هسته‌ای غالب در مطالعات ترجمه، یعنی «تعادل» و «هنجار» شناسایی کند، و بر اهمیت تغییر دیدگاههای هستی‌شناختی، معرفت‌شناختی، و روش‌شناختی در این رشته که نهایتاً به تمرکز بیشتر آن بر جنبه‌های فرهنگی منجر شد تأکید ورزد. این مقاله پس از بررسی اجمالی دیدگاههای هستی‌شناختی و معرفت‌شناختی در مطالعات ترجمه، به بررسی مفاهیم اصلی در دو گفتمان تعادل‌محور و هنجارمحور، و به طور خاص مفاهیم معنی، متن، و ترجمه، خواهد پرداخت تا فرض‌های نظری بنیادین مرتبط با این گفتمان‌ها را شناسایی کند.
